New Role: Marketing Campaign Automation Leader
As a leader of Marketing Campaign Automation at Go Daddy, you will leverage your experience and knowledge with best-in-class marketing automation tools to deepen relationships and delight our ten million plus small business customers. Your experience with campaign automation/CRM implementations will help us build the data triggers and relevant communications to be the best in the business at communicating with a customer base.
You will be critical in helping connect data, technology, and our customers – and then leveraging what you’ve helped us build. This means the application of deep segmentation, usage, and related behavioral data into customer strategies and touch plans. You will also help train other marketers and users on most effective uses of the tools.
In this role, you will:
Drive the implementation and integration of a class-leading automation platform, replacing current in-house solutions
Determine and refine the infrastructure and best application of our Enterprise Data Warehouse to ensure success
Collaborate with team members to create segmentation-based strategies, with unique content driven by event and customer triggers
Teach and evangelize the application of the tools and approaches, with an eye toward creating a skilled team
Provide ongoing optimization and refinement of communications to ensure customer experience and effectiveness
Do you have what it takes?
3+ years experience with class-leading campaign automation solutions. Aprimo preferred; Unica, Eloqua, and similar considered
3+ years experience creating event-driven, trigger-based marketing efforts
2+ years across multiple integrated channels (phone, email, SMS, DM, web, other)
Understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouses, in particular interactions with marketing campaign technologies
Strong project management abilities – must demonstrate a project management approach
Quantitative data analysis ability, including experience and understanding of modeling and campaign effectiveness, ROI and optimization
Experience working with and applying market and customer research studies
Familiarity in testing/optimization methodologies across communication channels
Ability to understand customer needs set and select relevant communications to enhance
Comfort in working with and influencing key stakeholders and teams across the business (sales, marketing, technology, and more)
BA/BS Degree strongly preferred; MBA a plus
