The Encima Group is seeking a Marketing Campaign Operations Manager to support a major pharma client in the greater Princeton, NJ area. As the MCOM you will be a CRM Subject Matter Expert and will be responsible for collaborating with partners, agencies, and customer engagement teams in order to support marketing initiatives. Experience with Direct Marketing campaign management within a large corporation is sought, with preference given to those with pharmaceutical exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage resources assigned to delivery of marketing campaigns by ensuring that complex business and functional requirements are converted into technical campaign specifications in compliance with vetted and approved processes.

Apply strong relationship marketing capabilities and an understanding of relational database architectures, including the strategic use of data, along with an ability to develop data driven decision support systems and analytical processing tools (e.g. Unica).

Successfully manage external and internal resources necessary in the operation of relationship marketing for use by internal customers throughout the organization.

Manage external database vendor relationship and its communications with other external vendors managed by others, including fulfillment, telemarketing, email, interactive/web and data entry vendors.

Provide feedback to team to build alignment across the department, the matrix team, and with all business partners.

Develop and approve budgets for delivery of services from database vendor and other external partners for routine delivery of campaigns based on approved rates and scope of work.
