We are seeking a team member that is motivated, ambitious, and excited to partake in the growth of our company.
What you can look forward to accomplishing -Trade Show Activities for Sartorius Stedim Biotech including:
-Handle exhibit contract and payment.
-Work with Exhibit House (as needed) on shows other than tabletops.
-Create booth layout for products.
-Coordinate show products with product managers.
-Organize shipping to and from show (including Warehouse coordination).
-Update trade show schedule for North America for Bioprocess.
-Maintain invoice tracking worksheets for all Bioprocess shows
-Manage Tabletop shows with graphics for Bioprocess
-Configure all Mastercard bills for Bioprocess trade shows
-Create and distribute quarterly eNewsletter for Pharmaceutical division. Coordinate with Product Management for topics. Work with representatives for mailing list.
-Interact with all Bioprocess business units for marketing communications activities.
