Responsible for supporting the strategy and logistics for the creation and management of marketing collateral and promotional marketing tools in the Brand Management and Program Management functions of the Marketing Communications department. This includes working with Brand Managers and the Program Manager to process documentation per FDA regulatory compliance procedures, edit marketing content, organize and maintain marketing materials archives, and review documents for global brand consistency. The position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
Supports the Brand Managers in implementing a sound brand strategy.

Creates and maintains sales and marketing collateral including, but not limited to: brochures, advertisements, product launches, Web sites, e-newsletters, iPad apps, value-added services and social media programs that generate leads and facilitate the selling process while being consistent with the branding strategy.
Assists in the coordination and preparation of trade shows.
Manages the internal approval process to ensure all communications and tools are compliant with the Company’s published Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
May be required to partner with the sales force and interact directly with customers during the selling process (i.e. as the leader of a value-added service).
Manages the inventory of collateral/tools and ensures they are available and up-to-date, including managing the department’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, print fulfillment site and internal digital file storage systems.
May be required to partner with other internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Human Resources, R&D) to develop collateral or communication/promotional tools that are consistent with the branding strategy.
May be required to support the reporting and management of multiple expense budgets managed by Brand Managers and the Program Manager.
Manages multiple projects with a focus on high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems preferred.
Strong organization skills and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate and complete multiple projects and priorities within a rapidly changing environment.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, including ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
Associate’s Degree in Business, Business Management, Marketing or related field required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
2 years marketing or brand-related experience preferred.
Experience working in a Corporate or Marketing Communications department preferred.
