Overview:
The Marketing Communications Manager will develop, manage and implement comprehensive strategies that build the company's brand and reputation as a thought leader, as well as support product strategy, sales efforts, lead generation, and customer engagement/retention. This includes marketing collateral, managing all external communications to customers and internal staff communications, and public relations.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, product marketing, lead generation, and affiliate development teams to understand key value propositions and positioning differentiators and be able to communicate these across all constituents, internally and externally.Work with VP of Marketing on brand development and brand awareness strategiesOversee development of sales tools including: product collateral, case studies, sales guides, PowerPoint presentations, positioning briefs, product demos, videos, Website content, and other tools deemed necessary. Write promotional copy as required including emails, newsletters, collateral copy, Web copy, case studies, and whitepapersPartner with Lead Generation team in managing brand and messaging across all lead generation/e-marketing and social media programsOversee public relations efforts including strategy and agency management Manage online and print advertising initiatives including working with lead generation team for conversion tracking, segmentation and targetingManage affiliate (customer) communications including monthly newsletters, notices, email templates, and incentive promotions Qualifications

5 plus years direct work experience in B2B marketing communications and programs Proven experience developing consistent branding and messaging across a variety of tools including product sheets, presentations, Web, and display advertisingHigh level of verbal and written communications skills with ability to synthesize and relay complex concepts in an easy-to-understand mannerAbility to work in a dynamic environment and interact with all levels and groups within the company Demonstrated ability to problem-solve prioritize, self-start and contribute under pressure and tight deadlines BA/BS degree This job has originated from a member site of TheJobNetwork - TheJobNetwork.
