Sovereign Consulting Inc. seeks a Marketing Coordinator for its Robbinsville, NJ location. The marketing coordinator will hold primary responsibility for supporting the Marketing Department with day-to-day duties such as proposal development, marketing database management, updates to marketing materials and company website, administrative duties, qualification packages, newsletters, and public relations activities. Related duties may include word processing and other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator position are as follows:
Email campaigns
Proposal development
RFP tracking system management
Project database and descriptions
Employee database and resumes
Contact database
Brochure templates
Pre-qualification submissions
Press releases
Website updates
Graphics / photography
Award submissions and surveys
Newslettesr / photo directory
Presentation boards
Mailing list development / maintenance
Market research
Position requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, English, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, HTML, and working knowledge of Adobe CS and SEO
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Employment at Sovereign is contingent upon the results of a Drug & Alcohol screening test and a pre-placement medical evaluation that determines candidate’s ability to capably and safely perform the proposed job duties. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
