As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be an
integral part of an in-house marketing team that develops and executes unique
marketing packaging solutions to accelerate product demand at the point of
sale. This position will partner with cross-functional teams to manage all
packaging and launch material projects, ensuring Belkin’s brand identity and
product stories are consistently upheld throughout our product portfolio. Other
responsibilities include:
How you’ll do it
·
Create and maintain product pages using
web content development system. Ensure copy and graphics are consistent with
packaging and brand guidelines.

Keep Global Launch Kit current and
organized with images, banners and content.
Communicate updates to Sales and Channel Marketing counterparts.
·
Develop Product Bulletins based on
direction provided by Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) or Marketing Specialist.
This entails opening project requests, creating word docs based on short/long
descriptions, locating correct imagery/graphics and managing approvals.

Support IMM and Marketing Specialists
with Photography tasks that range from collecting product samples, to opening
projects, tracking project status and managing approval process.
·
Prep content, manage timelines,
proof/edit copy and ensure internal and external web content partners have materials and feedback
needed to complete projects.
·
Work with copy writers to ensure timely
delivery of packaging, sales and web materials.
This includes gathering additional information if needed proof/edit
documents and manage approvals.

Assist in various other tasks that may
arise: launch calendars, mocks, die line follow-up, competitive research,
attending focus groups, testing products, etc.
What you’ll need
Minimum 1-2 years direct experience working in marketing on
packaging projects.
Bachelor’s college degree.
Consumer products or
consumer electronics experience is preferred but not a must.
Appreciation for
technology and ability to quickly learn new consumer electronics features
and specifications.
Experience successfully coordinating marketing projects.
What you’ve done
Must have excellent project management skills; able to manage
multiple projects with tight deadlines
Extremely detail oriented individual, with a strong focus on
quality; and excellent proof-reading skills.
Someone who possesses superior writing skills – ability to pitch in
and write marketing copy as needed.
Someone with experience
getting your "hands dirty" - you know how to get stuff done and
don’t hesitate to jump in to make it happen
