The Marketing Coordinator will manage a wide range of marketing processes and projects and supports the university centric marketing team of Director and Manager. The marketing coordinator interacts with sales, operations, digital, creative and enrollment service teams to ensure that the marketing materials are accurate and timely on behalf of the universities.
Assist Creative Director and Managers in coordinating various integrated communication, budgets and marketing activities.
Maintain print and sales support materials related to select university marketingprograms
Supervise the production or implementation of marketing materials.
Execute a wide variety of details that involve digital programs including paid search and email, marketing trade shows and events, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans.
Develop and update standardizes presentations and proposals.
Perform competitive analysis and research as needed.
Maintain content accurate content on partner website and landing pages.
Update and maintain university marketing calendar and project management system.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or 3-5 years of comparable experience in sales or marketing.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Computer proficiency with Adobe Design Software a plus
Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
