As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Lead Generation team with various functions including, but not limited to reporting, media assistance, CRM projects, and event follow-up.
Traffic ad placements to media vendors Assist Marketing Analyst with reporting including media and other lead gen reporting Provide suggestions about ad spend based on campaign performance Manage NetSuite and CRM sync updates i.e. NetSuite Failures, Unassigned Leads and UnMarked Lead Source recovery Manage customer fulfillment items for sales i.e. mailing of books and electronic fulfillment pieces Assist Lead Generation Manager with researching new media and advertising opportunities and provide recommendations Assist Marketing Automation Administrator with daily projects within CRM including database clean-up, email broadcasts and more Assist with data entry of event follow-up Manage purchased leads imports on a daily basis
2 years of experience with marketing Excellent analytical and technical skills Excellent organizational and follow-through skills Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing , journalism, advertising, communications, etc.) Experience working with marketing automation or email marketing solutions Experience in the software or technology industry Experience working with small businesses or have a small business background
