The Role:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for
assisting the Director of Marketing, Producers, and
Brand Design group on all Marketing needs and necessary
tasks. Primary activities include tracking all
schedules, invoices, job completions and deliveries.
Marketing Coordinator will Assist the Director of
Marketing in promotions, in selling concert tickets and
building awareness of The Fillmore Charlotte. Marketing
Coordinator will coordinate marketing efforts including
email acquisition, street team operation, in-venue
marketing, invoice management and other random tasks to
help The Fillmore Charlotte continue in it’s success.

  • Coordinate activities essential to supporting
Director of Marketing, Producers, and overall Brand
Design group
  • Perform a range of administrative and marketing
support duties related to the daily operations of
the Brand Design group
  • Maintain schedules for Creative Director and
  • Coordinate overall Brand Design department workflow
and contribute to ongoing process improvements
  • Track all jobs until completions and deliveries
  • Organize server, keeping it continually maintained
and updated
  • Track all invoices and payments
  • Maintain an understanding of Live Nation shows and
  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational and
department policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all confidentiality requirements for
corporate, strategic, and marketing information
  • Assist the Director of Marketing in all aspects of
marketing concerts and the Fillmore Charlotte
  • Assist in developing, leading and strategizing
street team efforts of people in multiple cities
postering and flyering around town
  • Assist in creating and maintaining relationships
with local artists for opening slots on national
shows as well as possible local showcases
  • Assist in building venue email / address / mobile
  • Answer phones and display customer service knowledge
over the phone and in person at shows

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
communicates effectively and courteously with all
contacts – internal and external
  • Ability to function in a fast moving environment;
quick reaction time to last minute changes
  • Highly adaptive and proactive problem solving
critical to success; must be resourceful individual
who can quickly solve problems; ability to make
independent decisions
  • Organizes workload throughout the day to meet
project timelines and deadlines; must multitask and
manage several projects at once; continuously shift
focus/priorities as needed
  • Must have flexible work hours
  • 1-3 years experience in Marketing or Bachelors Degree
in relevant subject
