The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing and sales team to support events and webinars as well as conduct market research, manage workflow production timelines and assist in other corporate and product marketing initiatives. This position will report directly to the marketing manager.
Manage event logistics and coordination for sales, marketing and product management teams while effectively keeping the team informed of all upcoming events and the progress of logistical details.
Coordinate logistics for webinars and manage the web conferencing account.
Manage workflow production timelines of events, webinars and other marketing-related initiatives on behalf of the marketing and sales team.
Assist marketing manager with marketing-related campaigns and initiatives, including market research and analysis and content development for marketing collateral and outreach campaigns.
Facilitate communication around critical team meetings including circulating agendas, drafting meeting meets and sharing with meeting attendees and other stakeholders.
Manage organization of all marketing collateral and other marketing-related materials on company shared drive.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with WebEx Meetings and Events Platforms preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Effective project management skills and ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
2-4 years of related work experience in marketing or communications
