Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to support our Bridgehampton brokerage office. This position will focus on marketing initiatives to promote company image and brand. Responsibilities include but not limited to partnering with company’s marketing teams to create new and enhance existing strategies and programs, maintain familiarity with local market trends and conditions, create ads, brochures, and other publications via online and print, train sales agents on various marketing tools and initiatives, coordinate local special events, manage marketing expenses, submit photos/listings for all PR and website opportunities while maintaining a personable, team-oriented and professional disposition.

Sotheby's International Realty, Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator position at our Bridgehampton brokerage office.

The Marketing Coordinator will focus on marketing initiatives to promote company image and brand. , while maintaining a personable, team-oriented and professional disposition.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with corporate/regional marketing to enhance existing programs and/or create custom initiatives and solutions for the local market. Act as a liaison, supporting brand and company messages and objectives with local agents/clients, and sharing feedback and needs from these groups with regional marketing.
  • Maintain familiarity with local market conditions and competitive environment and suggest improvements and new ideas in response to them.
  • Support agents in the customization and use of available materials and programs. Maintain familiarity with company and brand intranet content updates and guide agents to appropriate resources. Coordinate/monitor agent personal marketing support services with vendors – including ad designers, social networking experts, website development, etc.
  • Routinely present to agents regarding marketing initiatives/updates, tools, etc.
  • Train agents, on an ongoing basis, on marketing tools and materials whether available through the intranet or other sources.
  • Introduce and train agents in new or underleveraged programs and initiatives (includes company, brand, NRT and Realogy offerings) using the training, information and presentation materials provided by corporate/regional/brand marketing.
  • Work with manager to create annual marketing financial plan for office(s), and manage marketing expenses to budget throughout the year. Ensure budget spreadsheets are routinely updated to reflect marketing costs incurred. Manage photography budget and scheduling of photography appointments with agents and photographers. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with outside marketing vendors, e.g., publishers, editors, photographers.
  • Work with manager to create and routinely update annual marketing calendar and process/procedures related to placement of ads in media and internet outlets/partnerships/alliances.
  • Produce monthly marketing forecast. Track expenses by listing as needed. Enter all marketing data timely into Hercules program.
  • Assist manager in developing marketing plans when needed and calendar all approved/agreed upon plans, so that all marketing commitments are met, pursuant to plans.
  • Use existing templates, online tools and brand guidelines to produce local ads, brochures, publications, and mailing pieces.
  • Assemble images and copy for all listing (or sale) marketing opportunities (including local and global print ads, and on-line ads, custom publications, and advertorials) according to style specifications and quality control guidelines. Track all advertising by property.
  • Maintain familiarity with company and brand websites and on-line listing distribution programs. Input/update Atlas content in order to best leverage and support them.
  • Identify listings and material to fulfill PR opportunities, and provide ideas to fuel additional local and national PR. Submit photos/listings for all PR and website opportunities on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with preferred and local vendors to provide quality and cost effective marketing support services including signage, photography (including aerial photos, internet virtual tours, photos for print media, etc.), CMA’s, etc. Document and report to corporate any issues or proposed improvements with preferred vendors and programs.
  • Update local market data as appropriate to create quarterly market reports for use with Rezora (tool) and otherwise.
  • Update and maintain iPad pitch presentation for the Hamptons and assist agents in customizing iPad presentation for unique client pitches.
  • Event planning. Coordinate local special events, sponsorships and social responsibility initiatives, including, events such as artMRKT, the Hampton Classic, etc. Develop timelines, key milestones, etc. Follow up with fellow marketing coordinators to ensure all details are attended to.
  • Meet regularly with fellow marketing coordinators to work on Hamptons-wide projects, develop timelines, roles and responsibilities and keep managers informed of progress, issues or concerns.
  • Communicate with managers on an ongoing basis regarding special initiatives, Hamptons projects, etc., as appropriate.

  • This position is non-exempt (overtime eligible) .
