This involves designing marketing materials, posting updates on social media platforms, tackling a variety of marketing special projects, handling e-mail campaigns, participating in research programs, updating databases, preparing status reports, tracking marketing efforts, updating and revising company websites, and assisting in departmental administrative needs such as proposal writing and proofing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), and MS Office programs required in addition to at least 1 year of marketing-related experience. Ideal candidates also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are extremely organized, able to manage multiple tasks with timely follow up, meet tight deadlines, possess creativity, has strong proof reading skills, and embodies the attributes of a consummate professional.
Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Multimedia/Graphic Design. All qualified applicants must submit a writing/graphic sample.
