Job Description

Working as part of the Wealth Management Finance group, the Marketing Database Analyst 2 will support the data needs of the Wealth Management Compensation and Performance Reporting team.
Responsibilities for this role include: ensuring data integrity and accuracy; working closely with technology to define business needs and ensuring successful implementation; data mining and modeling; maintaining, developing, and updating compensation calculation procedures and controls as business rules and policies change; providing ad-hoc reports in a timely and efficient manner; supporting larger team and partners with research and/or data requests.
In this position, you will be expected to:
Be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and quickly adapt in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Work with multiple large, complex relational databases (Oracle and DB2)
Develop, update, and/or run Oracle PL/SQL procedures
Participate in the Agile release planning process including story writing and testing
The Marketing Database Analyst 2 position has the following key success factors:
Adept in extracting, analyzing, and manipulating large amounts of data from multiple complex data sources
Pays close attention to detail, especially when reconciling data
Provide high quality level of service to all internal partners and clients in a timely, thorough, and responsive manner
Balance own workload with the larger team goals by being adaptive and flexible when faced with changing needs and priorities
Ability to use logic in solving problems

Basic Qualifications

3+ years marketing database analytics experience.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree in MIS /Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
1+ years working with large, complex data sets sourced from multiple places
1+ years of experience working with an Oracle database, writing SQL queries, and/or query design in MS Access
Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven background in problem solving with attention to detail
Knowledge of Client Link, Essbase, PL/SQL, Python, or Agile a plus.
