Essential Functions

Develops strategy for targeted marketing campaigns and is responsible for data extraction, list or lead generation in data mining and statistical tool

Model Development: Uses prospect database to construct basic to mid-level statistical models that can be used to drive insights as part of lead generation process

Designs, develops, and executes reporting and analysis needed to support the periodic marketing planning process, customer segmentation, and customer behaviors and characteristics

Maintain CRM system and prospect records to ensure data accuracy and data integrity and assist with new account setup

Relate to both technical and non-technical personnel; adapt to new systems/technology; translate analytical data into recommendations for revenue gains and/or expense reduction

Strong interpersonal and team building skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers

Complies with all GDF SUEZ policies and procedures



Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business intelligence, marketing or a related field is required

Require at least 4 years experience in campaign management, database analysis, customer relationship management or marketing analysis

Proven problem solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills coupled with being highly proficient in SQL programming and database design

Experience with campaign management tools such as Eloqua and/or Oracle is preferred

Ability to understand technical system documentation and interact with IT system resources

Strong time management and prioritizing skills

Ability to adapt to and train others to use new systems/technology

Proficient written, verbal and presentation communications skills

Other Functions

Carries out other duties as assigned

Essential Physical Abilities

Ability to meet highest attendance requirements

Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.

Could involve some lifting.
