Job Title: Marketing Designer, Manager
Ideal Candidate: Experienced print and web designer with exceptional design knowledge and technical skills.
Your Mission: Plan, interpret, and develop the visual style and layout of marketing and sales materials to ensure the company’s vision and messaging are clearly and professionally presented.
Design and create graphical elements for online and offline materials in support of the Marketing team’s business objectives.
Define, maintain and adhere to design and branding standards across all corporate touch points.
Develop concepts and designs for materials including but not limited to:
Ability to create complex data visualizations and graphical representations (i.e. infographics)
- PowerPoint presentations
- Print and digital collateral (i.e. product one-sheets, case studies, and whitepapers)
- Video creation and editing
- Event signage and exhibit booth materials
- Website design
- Print and digital (static and animated online banner) advertisements
- Direct mail (i.e. postcards and holiday cards)
- eNewsletters and electronic invitations
Manage workflow to ensure timely completion of assigned projects to design standards.
Collaborate with Webmaster on website content using CMS.
Manage and support 3rd party relationships with vendors (print houses, external design agency, etc).
Required Experience & Skills:
Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and HTML.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks and manage time required.
- Front-end web development
- Experience with DHTML, CSS, Drupal, Marketo, and WordPress
Knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts as applied to web and print materials.
Understanding and promotion of best-practice web usability guidelines.
Illustration and animation skills.
Well-developed client service, communication, interpersonal, organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of creative and production service operations.
3-4 years experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven marketing environment required.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
