Develop and oversee execution of European marketing plan, ensure consistent positioning of the brand across Europe, and work to bring a common and consistent marketing approach across AdJug and Ignition One.
Lead the company's PR efforts, including media and analyst relations and securing speaking engagements, as well as oversight of an outside PR agency
Create a strong arsenal of creative marketing and sales collateral that tell the story behind the technology, including brochures, onesheets, case studies and videos
Work with company thought leaders and spokespersons to write articles, white papers and more. Ensure that Igntion One is seen as a thought leader in the sector.
Identify opportunities for collaborative marketing activities with customers and non competing businesses and bring those opportunities to fruition.
Develop processes to translate and reuse collateral in multiple European languages
Oversee European events and tradeshows
Contribute to the company's social media presence and voice in the industry on social media
Develop and maintain the brand’s European corporate web sites, coordinating closely with the US Marketing Director
Manage and oversee day-to-day responsibilities of two Marketing Coordinators who will support the Director
Manage relationships with key stakeholders – Country directors, Adjug senior management

The Marketing Director will play a key role in the development and growth of the IgnitionOne brand in Europe, bringing together diverse market approaches and sales organizations to present a unified integrated and consistent story to the market place, and establishing Igntion One as the thought leader that it is.
The ideal candidate will 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably working within online advertising or a related media or technology field, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A strong network of contacts across the industry, including knowledge of key journalists and agency influencers would be invaluable
Location: London or Brussels, reporting to the Managing Director Europe.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business required
6+ years of experience in a marketing role at a digital advertising or marketing technology company
Superior writing skills as the job requires a high degree of writing (samples required)
Strong strategic thinker, problem-solving, decision-making, judgment, flexibility, oral and written communications, organization and inter-personal skills required
Results oriented, high energy style and driven to succeed
Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape
