JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with the Regional Director of Marketing to ensure all Events and Promotions are set up according to Gaming Rules and Regulations.
- Responsible for booking Entertainment for the Casino.
- Responsible for maintaining updated signage throughout the Casino and Hotel.
- Orders all Gifts for Player promotions and events.
- Coordinates Community Donations for various organizations.
- Assists at all Events and Drawings held.
- Assists Premium Player’s Club by handling customer service in regards to Promotions and Special Events.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Must have 3 plus years of Marketing. Promotions & Events experience a plus.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be dependable, organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have strong organizational skills required. Great verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Great Guest Service skills and the ability to work with all Department Managers a must.
