Ingenuity Systems is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop strategies and help drive sales through the academic core lab channel. The Marketing Manager will be the overall leader and driver responsible for marketing efforts for developing Ingenuity’s academic core lab channel. This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Manage core lab academic accounts; work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure successful implementation of integrated marketing programs.
Monitor delivery of campaign goals and provide timely communication and support to various partner stakeholders.
Work with core lab directors and sales to oversee on-site activation of sponsors at onsite events. Attend events as needed.
Create event recaps, results, and case studies for clients detailing the progress and success of academic channel program elements.
Participate/contribute in strategy development and new sales offerings based on input from core labs and data collected.
Help retain and renew sponsors by building and maintaining strong relationships.
Create content required for core lab support (ex: PPTs, emails, fliers, etc.)
Minimum of BA/BS in life sciences required. Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) preferred
5+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences - working with academic core labs preferred
Strong relationship manager with experience in managing internal and external clients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage complex programs
Strong project management skills (strategy development, execution, creative development, and results interpretation)
