Summary

The Marketing Manager, Personalized Offers is responsible for developing a program to deliver personalized offers directly to the consumer via multiple channels including online, email, and Point of Sale. This includes partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, and Services on the development of customer-level, targeted offers and the accurate measurement and reporting of the effectiveness of personalized offers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Under supervision of the Senior Manager, Loyalty and Personalized Offers, work to establish and manage the process to connect customer touch points with the best possible personalized offers.
•Assist in developing a test-and-learn program for the evaluation of test offers. This includes coordinating test activity, documenting key performance metrics, analyzing the results, and recommending action based on results.
•Partner with business units to align on the testing strategies.
•Prepare presentations and communicate test results to key stakeholders.
•Develop standardized processes for flagging customers eligible for personalized offers.
•Develop creative briefs for developing customer communication messages via email, direct mail, mobile, and POS.
Experience/Education Required
Education and Experience
•5+ years marketing experience
•Direct Marketing and CRM experience desirable
•A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required

•Collaboration across Marketing, Merchandising, and Services business units
•Working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Skills And Competencies
•Able to demonstrate advanced PC application skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
•Experience working with campaign software such as Unica and reporting software such as Microstrategies a plus
•Experience implementing selection models a plus
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to work with all levels of business partners and management
•Ability to complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Exceptional planning, communication, and reporting skills
•Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
