Oversee and manage various aspects of promotions and marketing department projects
Manage all aspects of promotions department including title distributions, execution, invoicing and billing where necessary
Develop and document a thorough understanding of the client promotion. Conduct project discoveries on client-based projects to insure specifications and timing are understood and accurate.
Responsible for research analysis and reporting for unique requests of the department
Print, duplicate and bind presentations for specific requests
Work with Publisher Services and Promotion Sales Analyst to develop efficient and strategic methodology in the opportunity and assignment of titles to include proper product allocations for our custom published bookazine projects
Upload distributions for our bookzaine projects, monitor sales and create analytical reports
Run analysis reports for all retailer promotions every 6 months
Work with Promotion Sales Analyst to organize and creative sales packages for publishing clients which will be used to solicit retailer authorizations
Assist with Corporate Integrated Sales projects
Work with operations on truck advertising initiatives, including routing, depot breakouts and presentations
Assist with email blasts on specific targets for truck advertising

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong writing skills
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize information; excellent communication and computer skills.
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Business Objects
Must be proficient in Power Point and MS Word,
High attention to detail and ability to organize to priorities
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business related field
5 + years of Marketing or Analytical experience
