RichRelevance is hiring a unique marketing manager to oversee the full life cycle of our talent acquisition (recruiting) process. This is a classic marketing role; however instead of marketing to potential customers of our technology, you will be responsible for building the brand awareness and reputation for RichRelevance among potential and current employees of our firm. Responsibilities range from developing and innovating upon recruiting strategies to creating a candidate experience that ensures that every potential hire for RichRelevance has a highly engaging and rewarding experience when getting to know our firm before, during and after the course of interviews. This position will manage a marketing budget that is laser-focused on creating awareness and understanding of the RichRelevance employment opportunity among key recruiting constituents through the use of social media, events, networking programs, advertising, grass-roots marketing, affiliations, promotions, etc. This position reports to the Head of Corporate Communications and partners closely with HR and in-house recruiters.
Responsibilities include:
Work closely with head of HR and in-house recruiters, develop and implement strategies and recruitment plans including goal-setting and program measurement
Manage social media campaigns and LinkedIn presence for recruiting purposes
Manage advertising efforts across digital and traditional media outlets
Develop and implement marketing campaigns that create awareness and drive demand for employment at RichRelevance
Foster keen understanding of the various teams within RichRelevance, the unique sub-cultures within each/the recruit “personas” that are sought after, and the company differentiators that will stand out to prospective employees
Join and represent RichRelevance at key industry networking associations, job fairs, investor-led recruiting events, etc.
Maintain recruiting pages of web site
Monitor and manage online forums and discussion groups where prospective employees are conducting research (Glassdoor, Quora, LinkedIn)
Develop a recruiting “experience” with emphasis on different touch-points recruits encounter as they move through the interview process with RichRelevance
Assist in development of promotional materials
Develop campaigns and internal communications for employee retention
Qualifications:
Marketing generalist with a minimum of five years’ experience covering some aspects of event management, PR/communications, social media, digital marketing preferably in the high tech, Internet, e-commerce sectors
Knowledge of basic accounting for budget building and tracking purposes
Outstanding project management, organizational, analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communications skills
Have “networking” as your middle name – not afraid to connect, match-make and speak at public events on behalf of RichRelevance
Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment: roll-up your sleeves and get-it-done approach, with a bias for action
Have the ability to be part of and support a team environment
Willingness to travel and flexibility for weekend/evening commitments
Expertise using Eventbrite, Pingg, or other basic event management software
Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel and video production (e.g. iMovie, Adobe Premiere, FinalCut Pro)
