Develop innovative marketplace products to drive category growth and project management within the Speed to Market process.

Maintenance of the category.

Recommend acquisition targets for category.

Understand/utilize the competitive landscape.

Recommend priority of projects across business group.

Collaborate with cross-functional COE's and sales for business plan execution.

Collaborate with R&D, Ops, QA, packaging, finance to maximize category performance.

Provide input to the Development of the three year strategic plan for category.

Support the achievement of RONA targets for the category.

Support the achievement of annual volume and profit for the category.

Achieve rolling three year new product targets.

Assists in portfolio rationalization and management.

What do I need to be considered a candidate?
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.

Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing role.

Experience in food service preferred.

Proven strategic skills.

Proven financial analysis skills.

Solid verbal and written communication skills to include strong presentation skills.

Proven track record of leadership, taking initiative and delivering results.

Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
