Role Overview:
Marketing Manager will work with the Vice President of Marketing and Marketing Director to continually engage with team members to monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and find ways to achieve business and marketing objectives more efficiently and effectively. Also, to deepen the relationship with Accolade's corporate customers by creating communications that foster dialogue, and provide a richer experience - allowing customers to better understand and be closer to our brand.

Engage and direct team members and vendors in conceptualizing, developing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive marketing communications plans and tactics including client promotion, agency management and selection, digital/social media, management of freelance writing and design
Understand, develop, refine and uphold the Accolade brand strategy through consistent messaging, graphics and tone
Provide sound business justification for marketing investments based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, benchmarks, and past experience
Present recommendations on marketing activity/campaigns for approval to customer teams, management and clients
Develop social media plans, monitoring, and metrics to gauge return on investment
Participate in leveraging the content and messaging on Accolade's client portal to drive further brand relevance engagement
Develop communications tone, content plan and maintain/enforce/revise/communicate social media guidelines and policies for acceptable/unacceptable content

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business/Marketing, design or technology related field (graduate degree in relevant area is a plus)
4 to 6 years of account and/or project management experience in an agency, advertising or marketing organization
3+ years of experience with digital/social campaign development
3+ years' experience in management
Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus.
