The Marketing Manager will manage marketing programs for assigned Affiliated Dental Groups and build strategic partnerships to drive all marketing, advertising and communications strategies in support of business goals. Marketing projects will include new patient acquisition, patient retention, creative asset management and branding. You will partner closely with Operation Managers and Doctor Leaders to provide marketing direction, evaluate opportunities, create marketing programs and advertising plans and execute, support, measure and optimize the programs.
In this position you will:
Partner with Dental Group Leaders to develop strategies to meet business goals, increase new patient volume, affiliate branding and utilize digital and traditional direct response vehicles.
Identify marketing mix and strategy to leverage national and local activities that will: Build consistent brand awareness and introduce/reinforce awareness of Dental Group services and capabilities.
Oversee production of local marketing collateral or other materials, and monitor compliance with brand, editorial and graphic standards.
Create, evaluate, develop and execute marketing plans with media buying agency.
Manage the web strategy including content and SEO for multiple web sites.
Work with creative services to drive relevant campaign asset development consistent with messaging strategy.
Report program ROI and optimize programs to senior management.
Develop local marketing plans with an emphasis on community outreach and local business.
Candidates with experience in the following areas desired:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in advertising, journalism, marketing, communications or a related field required.
Minimum of 7 years experience leading and delivering marketing and advertising programs that produce results
Demonstrated analytic capabilities, with the ability to manage key program metrics to maximize ROI and report on results
Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques and web site management
Ability to build relationships, influence, negotiate and present issues
Excellent project management, verbal and written communication, interpersonal and networking skills
Experience with online marketing, web site management and social media used to create marketing strategies
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word Excel and other software
