ABOUT THIS JOB
Baker Hughes is seeking a Marketing Manager to work within the Completions Product Line (Completion Systems, Intelligent Production Systems and Wellbore Intervention) for the Business Development and Marketing group.
Identify, develop, and execute product marketing strategy, based on company strategy and market analysis
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with communication managers.
Develop, coordinate and execute global branding strategy with communication managers
Develop and drive marketing research (financial, product, competitive) including analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling.
Coordinate product launch strategies, priority, and execution through product launch plus 1 year
Develop and manage a high-functioning team
Handles special projects, as assigned
Bachelor degree and 10+ years’ experience
Management experience required
Ability to manage multi-cultural, multi-location teams
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team oriented environment
Self-directed, goal oriented and innovative
Demonstrable creative orientation
Marketing experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong team leadership skills
Detail oriented and used to working to strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
