You will help drive the Customer Experience, Sales Enablement and the voice of BlueMetal. Sound like a match?Role and ResponsibilitiesReport to the Vice President of Sales, and deliver a marketing strategy to drive local market awareness, account based and customer loyalty programs in support of business development effortsBe responsible for collaborating across the team to create and own a demand generation strategy that helps accelerate revenue and expansion of customer baseManage the prospect and customer relationship database for customer communications and lead generation and effectively use list management and event tracking in cooperation with sales teamsLead, connect and build marketing programs that drive BlueMetal awareness through speaking engagements, community events, associations and sponsorships directed at BlueMetal accounts, existing customers, recruiting and partner communitiesOwn the BlueMetal.com website and coordinate content across the company; drive inbound lead generation and coordination with a social strategy including Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook and team connections to other media/sitesProject the company externally by driving public relations, publications, and owning the voice of BlueMetal across social media and BlueMetal.comCreate and build a social strategy across all activitiesSupport efforts with sales around the Microsoft CRM system to manage campaigns and generate sales leads, contact and opportunity pipeline reporting as well as determine campaign ROIWork with Practice Directors to evaluate and select industry conferences and events for participation and work events for business development and lead generationDrive key account marketing to IT and Business decision makers to grow and retain existing customers through enhanced executive relationshipsFoster relationships with key partners including joint marketing activities and community engagementsManage vendors related to sales and marketing programs including event management, list management and other lead development programsManage and execute customer reference program including case study development and other customer evidence activities coordinated across delivery, sales and customerSKILLS " QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 8+ years of marketing experience in all facets of marketing including online, events, executive and web-based to drive high-tech services/productsCommunication Excellence - Strong listening, verbal, and presentation skills; proven, outstanding writing skills are critical and requiredKnowledge of marketing processes and disciplines including database management, inbound/outbound marketing strategies, event marketing and high touch executive eventsHigh energy and drive to support sales effortsCreate prospect and customer insight through analysis of marketing and customer dataExcellent time management and organizational skills; must be detail-orientedExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to innovate and show initiativeProven, exceptional performance – consistently exceeds goals and drives growthAbility to inspire solutions that exactly meet customer needsDemonstrated capability to drive a v-team; high degree of collaboration with multiple sales and marketing personnel including Microsoft and other partners will be required for successPROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor ’s Degree in Marketing or related fields; Graduate degree a plusMinimum 8 years post-college experience in areas directly relevant to responsibilities described aboveProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products, CRM and various marketing applicationsCompany DescriptionBlueMetal Architects is a technology and strategy consulting firm focused on helping our clients imagine, define and build solutions that exactly meet their business needs, today and in the future.We drive high impact projects with senior level architects and developers who possess deep and broad expertise in software platforms leveraging Microsoft, Apple and Open Source technologies.
