Reporting to General Manager of PayCheck Direct, the Marketing Manager will focus on developing, managing, executing and coordinating all Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing supporting PayCheck Direct business objectives and initiatives. The individual will have strategic as well as tactical responsibilities for various marketing projects supporting sales and revenue initiatives for PayCheck Direct, and will be expected to facilitate and build working relationships with internal support organizations including Creative and Marketing. The Marketing Manager must have a proven record as a results-producing marketing leader and be highly collaborative in ensuring proper alignment of programs with key sales team goals and revenue objectives. This role requires a leader with marketing know-how, business acumen, and the ability to positively influence outcomes that achieve desired results.
Develop and manage execution of B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for print and digital media. This position will work closely with internal departments to execute marketing strategies and optimize them over time from trade show marketing through customer sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop marketing plans that ensure we have consistency across all of our B2B marketing channels
Manage trade show communications plan
Develop B2C programs that optimize marketing spend through “grass roots” initiatives , print campaigns, email and digital marketing channels
Analyze online programs across multiple channels and make recommendations for optimizing marketing spend
Analyze data to identify areas for program improvement
Lead implementation of digital marketing strategies through partnerships with client and internal stakeholders
Create and perform data analysis that drives strategy development and evolution
Bachelor Degree in a Marketing discipline or related
5-7 years of experience in marketing management function
Detail oriented and committed to producing high quality results
Experience with B2C and B2B marketing with heavier emphasis on B2C experience
Experience with digital and print media
Excellent presentation and client skills
Demonstrated business relationship skills
Proven campaign management skills.
