PQ Systems PQ Systems is a privately held company headquartered in Dayton, OH, with wholly-owned subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Australia. For nearly 30 years, the company has provided software and training to help people in manufacturing and healthcare organizations demonstrate proof of their quality performance. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing organization. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will increase the company's sales revenue through marketing programs.

Responsibilities: - Design and execute the annual marketing plan, including objectives, strategies, tactics, and programs to meet our business goals; - Build marketing programs to enhance our brand identity, lead generation, sales support, advertising, direct marketing, public relations, search engine optimization, social media activity, and events; - As a working manager, either directly or through the team, perform all the steps of the marketing process including marketing research, marketing planning and execution, and pre- and post-sales promotional activities; - Measure and report on the impact of marketing activities and programs; - Lead marketing efforts of product launches Required Skills: - BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field. - 5+ years of experience with strategic marketing planning and execution in a business-to-business environment - Advanced knowledge of the practices and procedures of marketing communications, media relations, and social media including effective integrated communications campaign development and management - Experience with Search Engine Optimization and/or Pay-Per-Click Advertising a plus - Experience with primary / secondary research a plus - Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage projects from inception through execution - Excellent verbal communication and professional writing skills - An ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-tech environment; self-starter who enjoys a hands-on approach - Can-do attitude and the drive to achieve or exceed objectives while working in concert with other team members and colleagues Professional references will be required.
