Manages and supports proposal preparation; helps decide go/no-go decisions and strategies. Oversees maintenance of local contacts and leads database. Prepares interview teams; participates in project kick-off meetings. Develops market specific materials. Improves overall quality of marketing procedures, people and product. Attends professional organizations and conferences; builds personal network. Coordinates/participates in promotional initiatives. Oversees marketing support staff and marketing coordination efforts. Participates in hiring and evaluation of marketing support staff.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or technical related field. Minimum 7 years experience either as an A/E professional, in marketing or sales with a professional services firm. Superior technical writing abilities. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
