Serve as the point person for the development of creative marketing campaigns and communication ideas that effectively promote the services and products of CARFAX for key business partners who provide data for the CARFAX Vehicle History Report. Manages the day-to-day marketing and communications needs of multiple programs, generates new creative ideas and strategic direction. This position reports to the Director of Communications.

Develop and deploy creative and innovative marketing strategies to keep the CARFAX value proposition top-of-mind with key partners and prospects.

Brainstorms with project teams to understand marketing communication requirements and develops ideas for strategic direction and tactical execution.

Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Work closely with Product Management, Consumer Marketing, Dealer Marketing and customers to optimize CARFAX messaging.

Interpret research findings; product and acquisition requirements to develop marketing campaigns and support materials that increase partner participation with CARFAX.

Develop, with the product managers and dealer marketing, effective sales training materials.

Participate in product usability tests and translate the results into actionable suggestions for improving/enhancing CARFAX messaging and revenue.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Be able to quantify, report on and improve marketing ROI.

Minimum of five years work-related experience

Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
