Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will assist with the development of marketing plans, execute their successful implementation and grow sales, profit and market share. Amongst other things, their work may include project management, customer relationship management, interactive marketing, promotions, copywriting, and brand compliance.

We are looking for candidates who possess strong strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills, written and verbal communication skills, as well as someone who demonstrates leadership and initiative. This position will operate in a team-oriented environment and work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Product Development and other functions. The successful candidate should have some experience as a classically-trained, disciplined consumer marketer. They will likely have more than 3 years of experience in implementing successful marketing plans with documented results. A Bachelors degree is required - preferably in a related field of study.

Your profile:
Responsibilities:
Develops a strong knowledge of brand and products and is capable of communicating their value and role by channel of trade through effective marketing programs and creative collateral
Drives customer compliance with latest brand and product visual identity and copy (both online and offline)
Helps manage and maintain website content delivery, email marketing, social media presence, paid and organic search, and display advertising endeavors
Develops solid working relationship with cross-functional counterparts and third party agencies
Assists product introduction process to ensure that SKUs are set up correctly and communicated properly
Drives best practice sharing in sales organization and energizes channel teams to systemize their market approach
Researches industry trends through professional networking, competitive benchmarking and industry publications to identify consumer/customer insights and new opportunities for channel, product and brand marketing
Successfully targets consumers/customers and understands what offers and vehicles effectively reach them and change their buying behavior
Develops and maintains a close association with Sales to assure appropriate execution of promotional plans that will close new business and retain the current base
Initiates and executes promotional plans, maintains calendar of promotional events and assists with pre- and post promotion analysis all while providing regular, detailed status updates
Draws accurate conclusions from financial and other quantitative data, and effectively uses quantitative data to make sound recommendations for planning or decision making
Assists in customer relationship management and sample request administration
May manage test market and voice of customer activity via surveys and/or focus groups

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 is strongly preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing and/or advertising experience with history of demonstrated success; healthcare marketing experience a plus; web marketing and/or development experience a plus
Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with CRM, email automation, and business intelligence platforms a plus
Strong interpersonal skills for conducting written and verbal communication internally and externally
Knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes
Passionate about driving brand growth by better meeting customer and consumer needs
Strong project management skills, with strengths in prioritization and ability to handle wide range of tasks
Good collaborator, who is able to work with cross-functional or external partners, such as agencies
Some financial acumen, including knowledge of ROIs and P&Ls
Shows initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities and effectiveness in complex, rapidly changing environments
Willingness to travel occasionally
