Working Hours: Full-Time

Dream Factory Productions, a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency, is looking to hire a Marketing Manager with strong knowledge in executing marketing strategies. This position will contribute to the company's success by heading the development, execution and quality assessment of marketing promotions/initiatives in an effort to drive revenue and growth.

This position requires prior working knowledge in at least one marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Marketo, Genius or SalesFusion. During the interview process we will ask specific questions about you past campaign experience that incorporated lead nurturing, lead scoring, email marketing, web analytics, and multichannel marketing efforts.

The Marketing Manager will provide strategic vision for all campaign initiatives and provide guidance and support to Copywriters, Marketing Coordinators and Account Managers in selected marketing initiatives. In addition, the successful candidate will work with various clients to:

  • Provide Integrated Marketing Campaigns – Develop comprehensive strategy and ROI-focused initiatives to meet a wide variety of client goals
  • Plan Marketing Projects – Work internally with the marketing team to define timelines, roles and duties on each project
  • Execute Initiatives – Oversight and confirmation that strategic plan items meet objectives and schedules
  • Overall Quality Assessment – Ensure that all campaign elements meet quality standards and align with each client's strategic marketing goals

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • A minimum of 2-4 years experience in an agency setting and/or Marketing Management position

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be a contributing strategist to client meetings in all areas of marketing, including overall branding, industry target markets and PR initiatives
  • Possess strong digital marketing abilities to successfully execute digital campaigns
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Advertising, and Creative teams to develop and align program execution according to client industries/markets
  • Manage communication across a variety of media channels, including PR, blogs and social media
  • Actively track and analyze client initiatives to make sure goals are being met and campaign deliverables are on schedule

  • Excellent writing skills and superior editing skills
  • Ability to give clear direction and delegate tasks effectively
  • Exceptional organization, communication, interpersonal and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts
  • A strong balance of analytical skills coupled with creative thinking
  • Experience with PRWeb, Vocus and/or other PR software programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/AdWords
  • Understanding of modern SEO practices
  • A professional presence is required as interaction with clients is critical for this position
  • Given an increase in international projects, the optimal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish—spoken AND written language
