This role is responsible for driving end-to-end management of key marketing initiatives for the Walmart Credit portfolio, including: cardholder statement marketing, email marketing and trigger/next logical purchase marketing. The Marketing Manager will oversee the channels from end-to-end by leading the creative development, execution, campaign analytics and recommendations. In addition, the Marketing Manager will oversee cardholder inventory, including plastics and card carriers.

This position is located in Bentonville
Drive end-to-end statement marketing for 5MM+ Cardholders on a monthly basis. Determine optimal marketing offers and messages for each Cardholder segment.
Drive statement insert strategy – work with Client and third party vendor to optimize offers to our Cardholders and optimize statement P&L/bottom line.
Lead and execute email marketing channel, including creative development, test & learn, launch and measurement.
Drive next logical purchase and trigger marketing.
Manage Cardholder inventory to ensure adequate marketing and legal material, e.g. plastic, carriers, statements, rewards checks.
Own competitive research on key retail competitors and their credit programs.
Track, report and analyze marketing channel performance. Develop programs to incorporate targeted communications/programs to understand overall impact.
Work with COEs, Client and cross functional teams to develop, test and manage financing promotions.
5+ years marketing experience
Project mgmt experience

Direct marketing experience is desired
Sound understanding of GE’s business culture and management approaches, preferably gained through previous management experience within GE
Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
High level negotiation, communication and influencing skills
Experience working with retail clients
Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues
Flexibility and willingness to go outside the job scope
Strong project mgmt experience with a record of delivering on time and across functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer orientation
