This position report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in Stamford, Connecticut. The person in this role will lead the ongoing development of our customer experience framework.
Direct ongoing Voice Of Customer (VOC) efforts to measure clients’ satisfaction; gather and communicate results.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and communicate global and client specific improvement plan.
Work across WCS to plan and execute annual and event driven surveys.
Manage our client complaint process; facilitate accurate and timely responses WCS online client portal.
Support ongoing development of our client facing portal.
Work together to provide regular updates and easy access to relevant information Client events and campaigns.
Collaborate to deliver customer events that highlight our value proposition and promote cross business interaction and engagement.
Event management activities include venue and logistics planning, content development and contact coordination (speakers, participants, and targeted audience).
Support regular client communication campaigns; join forces to develop pertinent content that is delivered flawlessly to our global client base.
Accountable for high quality results that help shape our customer experience framework.
Be a key contributor and influencer within our commercial organization.
3 plus of years related work experience in business, finance, banking or marketing

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related business field
Experience with Customer Satisfaction / Voice Of Customer (VOC) Marketing Initiatives
Financial Services Industry Experience
Experience with Event Coordination
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient financial, analytical, organizational and project management skills
Candidate must have successful experience in working in a matrix organization and clear strengths in advocacy, teamwork and influencing
Skilled in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel
