Responsible for the management and execution of Zahn initiatives, including but not limited to ─ new and existing products and services, advertisements, email campaigns, promotions/incentives, development and integration of website and TSX intranet content, liaison with/for internal divisions and vendor partners, conducts monthly reporting and commissions, organizes tradeshow and sales meeting events, cross-selling initiatives, special projects, pricing and competitive analysis and execution of the Zahn growth plan.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provides increased visibility toward Zahn products, services and programs to both internal (sales reps) and external (customers) through advertisements, email campaigns and promotions/incentives.
Oversees new product launches and works as the liaison with/for the vendor partnership and internal divisions.
Develops and integrates website content for internal and external websites. Updates web strategy.
Develops and integrates TSX intranet content for Zahn site.
Handles Zahn monthly reporting.
Handles customer calls and inquiries on the Zahn.
Coordinates advertising agreements and vendor programs. Measures and reports performance and status of products and services advertising/marketing programs.
Develops relationships with top value-added services supporters for marketing and awareness input.
Participates and represents Zahn Business initiatives and e-Commerce. Helps Zahn with cross-sell initiatives.
Automates end of term reports as well as electronic initiatives on Zahn.
Updates management reporting systems on a timely basis. Collaborates with division and I.S. to maintain financing rates electronically.
Handles all trade show and national sales meeting responsibilities for Zahn. Participates in special projects and all other duties as requested by Manager. Performs other duties as required.

Two years or more of marketing experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Strong analytical, communication, organizational and verbal skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word. Must have knowledge of JD Edwards and Siebel ordering system. Must have thorough knowledge of sales and marketing. Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a part of a Team. Negotiation skills with vendors are important.
4 year Bachelors degree required
