Procurian is seeking a Marketing Manager with deep Marketing and Professional Services experience to help in leading and supporting the ongoing development of strategic brand development effort. Specifically, this individual supports the development and refinement of a corporate growth and innovation strategy by leading efforts to identify, analyze and address complex Corporate-wide business problems, and market opportunities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee all aspects of marketing, including promotions (print, agency, and digital), events and managing creative services Participate in building the long-term equity of the Procurian brand
Understand and develop business cases including rationale for effort, competitive landscape, size of opportunity, value proposition, specific action steps, financial impact, launch and implementation plan, etc.
Develop a nalysis of existing and emerging industry trends, competitive threats, root cause of share gaps, expansion opportunities and internal performance to arrive at joint recommendations.
Job Requirements :
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Broad B2B marketing experience
Minimum 8+ years of related marketing and business experience, to include experience developing and implementing a competitive growth strategy
Prior experience in marketing strategy and management consulting/professional services or internal strategic development required
High degree of adaptability and adept at dealing with ambiguity in an unstructured environment.
High energy leader, self- starter, able to tackle challenges in a positive manner with impeccable follow-through on commitments.
Experienced advisor in building trusted relationships with peers, senior executive leadership, and business division partners.
Proven track record in managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
