The Marketing Manager ’s primary responsibility is to build and manage a content marketing machine that contributes useful, thoughtful, content to the social media discourse, increases Ignite ’s market visibility, and drives inbound new business inquiries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Own and optimize agency marketing assets, namely the Ignite blog and email lists. Collaborate with senior agency management to define content strategy and calendar.

Work with internal subject matter experts to generate new content, execute campaigns. Merchandize content across marketing channels - blog, email, social, event, etc. Develop scalable, repeatable content production processes. Manage ad hoc projects e.g.

industry awards applications, event marketing coordination. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 2+ years of B2B marketing program management experience. Track record of impeccable project management and execution. Experience managing email marketing campaigns - content, production, etc.

Experience managing content marketing campaigns - blog, whitepaper, webcast, etc. Fluency with marketing measurement and CRM tools - Salesforce, Pardot, GA, etc. Enough-to-be-dangerous familiarity with SEO, traditional PR. A passion for social media and content marketing.

Incredibly strong written and verbal communications skills.
