Successful e-commerce company seeking an ambitious, seasoned marketing manager with strong leadership and project management experience. The individual will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives, advertising, search marketing, social media advertising, and overseeing affiliate programs. This position involves managing and developing the execution of all marketing efforts; while being supported by a management team of marketing professionals with a long history of business success.
Duties, Responsibilities, Key Accountabilities

  • Effectively drive marketing initiatives for our brand
  • Develop and drive the advertising strategy, and ongoing reporting for initiatives
  • Proactively propose new strategies and aggressively test different tactics in order to optimize online campaigns
  • Identify and recruit potential partnerships that can build brand and generate revenue
  • Drive ongoing search strategy for our brand (includes PPC and SEO). Includes the analysis of search engine patterns to direct placement of keywords or content
  • Conduct market research analysis to identify e-commerce trends, market opportunities, or competitor performance
  • Collect and analyze sales and product data, using web traffic metrics such as page visits, link popularity, click-through rates, sales funnels, discounting, and cost-per clicks
  • Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement, affiliate programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on social media outlets


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related business field
  • 3+ years of previous marketing and online advertising experience, including PPC, SEO, affiliate programs and social media
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage online media buys including CPM, CPC, CPA.
  • Ability to innovate, think creatively, and bring campaign concepts to fruition
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with solid attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively
  • Experience with analytics software
  • Mix of strong quantitative/analytical capabilities and creativity
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics
  • Enthusiastic about online marketing and willing to keep up with the latest trends
  • High degree of initiative with the ability to make recommendations and to take appropriate action
  • Highly organized and efficient with time management skills; detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong internet skillset including knowledge of web, mobile and social technologies
  • PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
