Come join Intuit as a Marketing Manager for our electronic payments business. Be a key player within our marketing team to drive growth from deep customer insights, compelling strategies, innovative thinking and effective execution. Lead our efforts to dramatically acquire new customers through amazing messaging, rapid testing, innovation and cross-channel management and execution. Key measures of success are revenue and net customer growth, market share and efficient resource allocation. You will lead our efforts to superbly execute your strategy to win – while setting goals, tracking performance and constantly improving outcomes along the way.


Works independently to champion and drive acquisition of customers, collaborating with teams across functions and channels

Measures performance and orchestrates contingencies when required to deliver on quarterly targets – delivering the forecast by KPIs and prioritizing to ensure execution of the critical few

Represents the customer’s point of view, what they care about and what they need across messaging and positioning to win

Is outstanding at managing the creative process inclusive of developing hypotheses, test and creative briefs is responsible for the outcome

Engages employees and shapes the plan, creative, messaging and offers that will help exceed business goals on customers and revenue

Demonstrates innovation in the business model and go-to-market as appropriate through A/B testing


Your Talents:
  • 2+ years work experience driving strong analytical and problem solving work with clear examples of using data actively for target setting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations
  • Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Influences effectively and builds strong relationships to deliver outstanding results with limited resources
  • Demonstrated ability and self motivation to excel within an environment of change, start up mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Team player who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day
