Job Description

LC is seeking a driven and innovative marketing manager with experience in loyalty marketing and building partnerships. The marketing manager will create and manage campaigns to drive education and usage of the concierge service. This individual will be responsible for measuring results and ROI for each campaign. He or she must be able to collaborate and inspire both clients and internal cross-functional teams to meet company goals.

*Drive client utilization strategy via multiple channels (including email, web and mobile)
*Collaborate with clients on product segmentation and strategy
*Develop new programs to segment and drive relevance and value to our clients’ customers
*Provide market and trend analysis
*Generate regular campaign reports to drive on-going optimization and comprehensive wrap up reports to outline results, successes and opportunities for improvement.
*Conduct industry research including competitive analysis
*Produce and distribute Monthly and Quarterly Reports (Top Marketing partners, Utilization, Commissions, etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience

*4-6 years of marketing and analytics experience
*Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience with a successful track record and supporting references
*Ability to provide input to Business Strategy and Operations through data analysis
*Strong client communication skills and presentation skills
*Possess extreme attention to details, timelines and outstanding organizational skills
*Possess a desire to be in an entrepreneurial high-growth, fast paced environment
*A sharp sense of lifestyle and travel trends, media savvy, pop-culture and brands
*Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
*Creative and collaborative individual with a positive attitude
*Must be highly motivated and open to a changing environment
*"Hands-On” working style
*Have a strong, positive, patient “can do” attitude to resolve existing issues and prevent new ones from occurring
