A rockstar data junkie who’s not afraid to tackle display, search, TV, radio, print, celebrity frozen-food packaging, the jokes on popsicle sticks, or any other type of advertising medium that can turn a profit. (Kidding, but only kind of).

Eager to get your hands dirty and dive deep into creating new tests, scaling budgets, and analyzing performance across multiple channels.


Brainstorm new channels for advertising and user acquisition.

Perform deep analysis of marketing spends in online and offline channels and identify the most effective strategies.

Build relationships with agencies, publishers, and networks.

Weigh in on creative processes based on past experience and current data.

Share your learnings by leading meetings with executives and product managers.

Work in teams within an intimate, blindingly fast startup environment and wear many hats.


A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, math or business-related field.

Demonstrated experience with managing, optimizing, and analyzing data.

Experience managing personal relationships with vendors or clients.

Experience analyzing marketing performance data for consumer internet companies.

An 80/20 work ethic - getting the right answer without getting it perfect, but making sure to get it done quickly.

An absolute love of data and a desire to ‘peel the onion’ back as many layers as possible!
