Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organizations marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization.
Conduct marketing consultations and assessments with external clients, in order to determine best marketing strategies for their audience, as well as current and future needs. Translates assessment results, business and company objectives into marketing strategies, campaigns, and deliverables. Proactively suggests creative, conceptually-leading marketing ideas and designs. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications. Ensure articulation of Organizations desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external. Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests. Act as the Organizations representative with the media. Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or similar business field, or equivalent professional qualification. 5+ years of experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies. Demonstrated experience in customer and market research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong analytical skills, mixed with a customer service approach. Ability to continually review marketing materials and use a fresh perspective to suggest creative alternatives.
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. Pay range will depend upon years of experience and directly-related skill set . Base pay will be approx. $50 - 65K annually, plus eligibility for quarterly profit sharing.
