As a Marketing Manager with Navitor Folders & Presentation Products, you will develop, establish and maintain marketing plans and strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote the company’s products, services and image.
Establish sales forecasts and pricing strategies, create and monitor sales budgets as well as make projections on return on investments.
Identify distribution channels to use to make products and services available to consumers.
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
Research and understand our customers, competitors, and general environment to better meet the needs of consumers.
Develop strategies and tactics to understand competitive landscape and market conditions.
Track market trends in order to identify future business opportunities.
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS:
Manage the advertising and promotional efforts of the lines of business.
Work with internal advertising team and or with external advertising agencies.
These efforts include print and online advertising, event planning, and direct marketing.
Work collaboratively with management and staff in other functional areas to meet organizational objectives.
Four (4) year Bachelor Degree with 5 yrs + professional experience or equivalent professional experience and leadership skills
E-Commerce knowledge/experience a plus
Demonstrated merchandising skills
Demonstrated understanding of metrics and analytics
