In collaboration with management team, help drive strategy for Wealth Management group marketing and communication plans across various platforms (print, web, mobile, etc)
o Targeted campaigns
o Recurring communications
o Effectiveness tracking
o Customized communications based on IAR segmentation, interests and preferences
o Develop and report on success metrics for communications efforts
Ownership for the maintenance and updates of IAR segmentation, and marketing strategy based on segmentation
Responsible for product and sales concept launches working in close alignment with product team
o Responsible for decision on type of support, resource allocation
o Coordinate with internal partners
o Drive messaging and oversee roll out to the field
Support Wealth Management group interface with the field
o Developing and communicating our message across a variety of mediums
o Coordinate development and execution with Insurance group marketing team

Identify training opportunities and provide input to Wealth Management group training team for training development

Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
Excellent communicator – will be asked to communicate Wealth Management group marketing goals and vision with internal and external partners
Strong interpersonal skills – will be asked to collaborate with life insurance group marketing team on many projects and initiatives
Organized – will be asked to juggle numerous projects and deliverables, and be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives across internal and external partners. Often will not actually create a deliverable, but will be responsible for overseeing creation of deliverable in partnership with internal and external partners
