Responsibilities:
Corporate Marketing Account Manager

As the Corporate Marketing Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact to the central marketing group for all internal non divisional marketing. You will support the development of corporate marketing deliverables (corporate presentations, brochures, videos, etc..) as well as requirements from other internal groups (HR, Facilities, etc..)

Specific Responsibilities include:
Provide planning support for all Corporate Marketing Initiatives
Collaborate with business leaders to develop marketing plans consistent with overall business objectives
Establish service level agreements with business leaders for delivery of marketing services and monitor the achievement of service levels
Identify resource requirements (internal and external) for the execution of the corporate marketing agenda
Secure internal and external resources required to deliver on marketing agenda
Manage the master marcomm deliverables project plan
Track agency delivery progress and make sure that business leaders are providing input required in a timely fashion (creative brief, comments on creative and copy, etc.)
Make sure that the internal groups are delivering on their projects per the agreed timeline
Reporting and communicating
Report progress against deliverables on a weekly basis
Escalate exceptions and issues as appropriate to the head of account management and business leaders
Track the impact of marketing projects back to the corporate business objectives as well as the project delivery milestones
Advocate for the corporate marketing needs with the internal marketing groups and the agency
Bring new ideas and high performing programs from other divisions to your divisional team
Collaborate with other Account Managers; pitch in whenever necessary, share best practices.
Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the business

Success in this role will be measured by:
Achievement of SLAs
Overall satisfaction rating from stakeholders
Timely delivery of reporting in the appropriate format
Achievement of overall corporate marketing business goals Qualifications:

Agency account management experience a plus
