We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing a suite of software services, vendor relationships and creative processes to support the daily operations of the marketing team.
Manage suite of software services and associated strategic vendor relationships, including print vendor and marketing asset manager.
Negotiate contracts and SLAs; manage annual budgets and reporting.
Own implementation, maintenance and corporate governance of online asset manager
Manage online print platform/shopping cart including usage, stock levels/reorders and general inventory maintenance
Lead production, inventory and distribution of print materials for each of Oakwood Worldwide’s brands.
Work with internal cross functional groups to ensure assets are current for all brands; QA custom functionality on all assets
Own day-to-day tactical functions including approval of print orders, managing access, system training and upgrades
Work with internal cross functional teams, including IT, operations and sales
Support Oakwood Worldwide brand material development
Serve as traffic manager for Oakwood Worldwide and Oakwood brand creative, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders as necessary
Coordinate production of materials as requested by sales, operations and home office teams; work closely with ExecuStay brand manager and vertical marketing team
Manage all brand assets including photography, stock imagery, video footage and design files
Manage inquiries and requests for creative, print and digital materials from other departments.
Determine if materials exist to fulfill requests and when new materials should be created
Develop relationships with sales and operational teams in order to review, evaluate and gain buy in on new creative
Manage Multi-Media Specialist and relationships with creative agency(ies) to ensure design work is completed according to time and budget requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BS/BA in Marketing, Design or related field
5+ years experience working on a marketing communications or brand team, or with a creative agency
Solid background and clear understanding of marketing in a B2B and B2C environment
