Develop integrated marketing strategies to increase awareness across Ooyala’s target customer base, and help us drive business farther with premium media companies such as ESPN, Miramax and many more!
Create strategic positioning and segment-targeted messaging for Ooyala’s solutions and products; ensure consistent use across organization & materials
Drive the go-to-market strategy for Ooyala solutions across verticals; work with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns including advertising, email marketing, webinars, events, speaking opportunities and more
Work with the Sales organization to create and deliver tools including competitive materials, training materials, customer and partner presentations, case studies, and proposals
Create core messaging themes and detailed messaging language which translates Ooyala's capabilities into descriptions designed to appeal in each key target segment
Conduct market research, work with analysts and key customers to develop and socialize (internally & externally) thought leadership about the rapidly evolving online video space and the future of media
BA/BS degree required, MBA a plus
4+ years relevant experience in marketing/product marketing/segment marketing
Successful development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Strong analytical capabilities with experience making data-driven marketing decisions
Creative, out of the box thinker. Able to bring fresh ideas to the table, gain consensus, and execute
Outstanding communication skills; ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications appropriate for all our audiences
Ability to execute the greater vision, independently and with team collaboration
Experience working in entrepreneurial environments especially with B2B technology preferred
Experience in the online TV or online media space preferred
