We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Karelia Health team. The Marketing Manager position will report to the CEO and CSO and will provide ongoing support of the overall marketing, sales, communications and brand strategy. Qualifications include:

  • BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Minimum of 2 years at the Marketing Manager level; healthcare experience a plus
  • B2B and B2C environments: Knowledge and application of marketing theories and principles
  • Demonstrated expertise with Constant Contact, WordPress, Prezi, Trello, Google Analytics, Illustrator, In-Design, Hootsuite, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, MS Office; Salesforce and PR Newswire experience a plus.
  • History of successful social media campaigns in both the B2B and B2C space
  • Highly organized and able to coordinate with internal and external groups
  • Develops and manages event strategy at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars, including trade show booth vendor management
  • Strong communication, project management, managerial and presentation skills; writing, editing and proofreading skills a must
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and attention to detail

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supports and implements strategies and plans that drive engagement and participation for clients, as well as for overall organizational branding and market exposure
  • Works closely with all cross functional teams such as: sales, operations, and creative on design, product development and distribution
  • Manages client communications from concept development, to execution, to post-program analysis of impact on engagement
  • Participates in and contributes to brand strategy definition
  • Develops effective selling stories and supports development of sales collateral in partnership with in-house multi-media designer
  • Coordinates drip email marketing campaigns to prospects including content and call-to-action strategy
  • Delivers analytics (SEO, website, blog, email marketing opens and clicks) to measure campaign effectiveness and overall brand exposure
  • Oversees content development
  • Utilizes in-house website CMS to keep information current and aligned with SEO and inbound marketing campaigns
  • Collaborates with the CEO and CSO, focusing on how the marketing division will help meet organizational objectives
