The Senior Marketing Manager, Global Quaker Brand will be a key member of the Global Quaker Equity team in PepsiCo's relatively new Global Nutrition Group.As a Senior Manager, you will help lead the vision, strategy, and key global marketing initiatives for the Global Quaker Brand, working in close collaboration with Quaker leaders from around the world.
This position will be based in our Chicago office and will be part of a dynamic, creative, and strategic global team working to drive an exciting growth agenda for PepsiCo.This person will be accountable for developing global consumer engagement initiatives, building and implementing the global strategic brand toolkit, and acting as global brand steward and strategic advisor to key growth markets such as India, China, and Brazil.
The Global Quaker Brand team is looking for driven, passionate, creative, strategic individual who will be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills as well as a solid foundation in marketing and consumer insights.
Work closely with Director and CMO to develop global Quaker "Big idea"
Lead agency teams to develop and execute a global consumer engagement initiative - e.g. global cause platform
Oversee a global taskforce to develop global digital strategy for Quaker including the development of a global website
Work with our media agency to develop a global Media strategy including recommending A&M thresholds and investment levels, marketing mix targets, and best in class benchmarks
Drive the implementation across countries of the Global Quaker Strategic Brand toolkit including brand positioning, architecture, and guardrails
Develop a global brand "playbook" for key emerging growth markets (e.g. India, China)
Participate in the development of the Global Strategic Growth Plan (SGP) and key PEC / Senior leadership presentations
8 years experience in a marketing role within a consumer product organization and/or agency environment
Deep knowledge of brand marketing fundamentals - positioning development, consumer insights, annual brand planning
Prior experience leading and developing brand communications / advertising, including brief writing, agency management, creative execution & production
Must be able to translate consumer research to actionable insights in order to address business challenges
Ability to influence and build relationships within a highly matrixed global environment
